Refund policy

Every set of strings is custom-built to your exact specifications, so all sales are final and orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a repair or replacement at no cost to you. To start a claim, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
